You can delete your Klaky account and the data associated with it at any time, from the app or without it.
From the app
- Open Klaky and scroll to the bottom of the home screen.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm with “Delete account”. Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out.
Without the app
Email us at [contact email] from the email of the Google account you use to sign in to Klaky, with the subject “Delete my account”. That’s how we know the account is yours. We’ll confirm by email once it’s deleted, within 30 days.
If you have a subscription, cancel it in Google Play. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel it. In Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Klaky › Cancel subscription.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email and Google identifier.
- Your open sessions.
- The record of how many scripts you generated.
- The takes you uploaded for automatic editing and the videos we made with them.
What stays, and for how long
- What’s on your phone (the business profile, the scripts and the takes) stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app. The videos you saved to your gallery are yours, and we don’t touch them.
- How much the AI cost us for each script you requested, with nothing that identifies you: it’s kept under a new number that doesn’t point to your account or your email.
- Google Play and RevenueCat keep your purchase history under their own policies.
- If the law requires us to keep any data, for example for billing, we keep it only for as long as it requires.
Leave the waitlist
If you joined the waitlist and don’t want us to email you anymore, send us an email at [contact email] from the email you signed up with.
